Agitator Vessels

FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Agitator Vessels are corrosion-resistant process vessels equipped with a mechanical agitator or mixer to blend, dissolve, suspend, or homogenize liquids and chemicals. Manufactured using high-strength fiberglass reinforcement and premium thermosetting resins such as Vinyl Ester, Isophthalic Polyester, or Epoxy, these vessels are designed to withstand highly corrosive environments while ensuring efficient mixing and process consistency.

FRP agitator vessels are widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, food processing, and other industries where corrosion resistance and reliable mixing performance are essential.

An FRP agitator vessel combines storage and mixing functions in a single unit. A motor-driven agitator rotates specially designed impellers inside the vessel, creating controlled fluid movement to ensure uniform mixing.
