Product details
An FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Valve is a corrosion-resistant flow control device designed to regulate, isolate, or direct the flow of liquids and gases in industrial piping systems. Manufactured using high-strength fiberglass reinforcement and premium resin systems such as vinyl ester, polyester, or epoxy, FRP valves are widely used in chemical processing, water treatment, and other corrosive environments where traditional metal valves are prone to rust and chemical attack. FRP valves provide excellent mechanical strength, lightweight construction, and long service life while ensuring reliable operation in demanding industrial applications. An FRP valve controls the flow of fluid by opening, closing, or partially obstructing the flow path. Depending on the valve type, it can be operated manually, pneumatically, electrically, or hydraulically. The valve body is manufactured from corrosion-resistant FRP, while internal components and sealing materials are selected based on the process fluid and operating conditions to ensure leak-free performance.
